We dismantle the old door and prepare the opening to install a new one. If the dimensions of the opening and the boxes do not match, then you need to give the necessary dimensions. The difference between the width of the opening and the canvas should be within 30-100 mm. Check verticality, evenness of walls.
Materials for installation:
the door itself;
door handle (with or without lock);
loops;
mounting foam;
self-tapping screw;
wedges;
spacer.
Prepare the following tools in advance:
level;
screwdriver;
wooden hacksaw;
drill;
hammer;
milling head.

We open the door packaging, unpack only the door frame. Recommended the door from the package immediately before operation so as not to damage the coating of the canvas. The door frame consists of three components that are collected on a flat, horizontal surface. In the slots of the end panels there are inserts that are knocked out with a wooden peg and hammer.

We collect the box in the P-shaped form. Elements connect knocked out inserts that clog into the holes between the grooves of two parts. If the dimensions of the side box do not correspond to the dimensions of the doorway, we make fitting parts. The transverse timber must be 6 mm more than the door leaf, and the vertical is 10 mm above the floor. We cut the upper and side parts in the connection places at an angle of 45 degrees and fix with the help of self-tapping screws. Watch that the box elements do not shift.

Measure the width of the bottom of the box and fix the wooden plank. Attach its screws to the middle of the plank. We measure the height of the doorway and with the help of the end saw cut the bottom of the door frame.

We try on the door frame in the opening. Using the level, we look at the level of installation. Dowel-nails or screws screw the box in the opening. The gaps are fought by mounting foam. To the door is not deformed when the foam expansion, the struts should be installed. Slow down a piece of cardboard or tight fabric spacers, otherwise it can damage the paint. Place the door leaf on one screw loop, which is screwed to the door frame. Try to open and close the door. If the door hits the jamb, then you should deepen a loop for two grooves. If the door is not pressed against the jam, it is easy to move - we twist all the screws.

Screw the horizontal and vertical parts of the platband. We make a pressure at an angle of 45 degrees and fasten them on the wall with liquid or finish nails.
After completing all the steps of work, check whether the door opens easily and closes. If everything is in order, it means - the task is completed.
