How to build barbecue

When choosing a place to build, follow these rules:

The most important criterion to stick to - fire safety, so there should be no dry trees and bushes near the barbecue, as well as wooden fences and fences.
It is forbidden to place the stove away from other buildings, which are on the land plot - the house, cottage, cottage, an extension.
When working, consider that the wind of which direction prevails in the area so that it does not carry sparks on the parties of his or neighbor's home.

Prepare all the necessary materials: brick, cement, sand, water and clay for a solution. Brick take refractory. For the outside it will take facing. The best view is chamoten, as it contains a lot of clay, which does not lose its properties under the influence of high temperatures.

To prepare a clay solution, pumped into the clay container, adding some water there. Barbecue is a solid and heavy design, so the foundation must be equipped under it. As a rule, it is recommended to give preference to a monolithic belt foundation, without blocking it at the same time. Drop the trench, which should have a depth of 30-40 cm, around the perimeter of the structure. It falls asleep by a mixture consisting of rubble and gravel, watering water. Next, it is necessary to all be well tumped and accommodated at the top of the reinforcement bars in the form of a lattice. Near such a pillow, it is necessary to equip the formwork using wood, and pour it with cement mortar (grade 300 and sand cement - 3 to 1). You can lay out the barbecue after pouring the foundation.

Construction of a pedestal. In the perfect version, the design has a height of about 70 cm and it should be provided with a linen to make firewood for 3 fireboxes. For work, a facing brick and cement-sandy solution are used.
Stove display. The width of the furnace should be 6 bricks, depth - 3. With the help of a chimney brick, we lay the bracket part of the barbecue, work is carried out in 2 rows. We use a clay solution. Watch that when laying the edge of the bricks performed on 1/3 ahead - it is necessary for further finishing with facing bricks. The reinforcement bars are laid in places of overlaps.
Arch formation. Most often, the furnace has a rectangular shape. Optionally, you can take overlap in the form of an arch, pre-using its radius from the board. The top rows are needed to pose using the wedge.
Production of chimney. For laying a chimney, a chamotte brick and a clay solution are used, laying bricks to each other. Inside the chimney canal place the valve. Also, make a tooth design on the back wall, which is needed to improve the thrust.

At the final stage, make a decorative design of the barbecue - pour the tabletop from the concrete and lick the tile, close the emptiness with facing bricks. For the manufacture of the cover, you will need vertical pipes installed in the corners of the structure and embedded during the construction of the furnace. To finish the barbecue use the same brick or natural stone.
