Fluconazole is capsules with the content of the same name of the active substance in the form of a white or yellowish yellowish powder. This is a synthetic preparation that is produced in several forms:

  • capsules for intakes (0.05 g, 0.1g, 0.15g and 0.25 g);
  • suspension for intake (60 ml);
  • solution for infusions (50 ml).

The drug is characterized by good pharmacological properties, which cause its effectiveness. It is well absorbed, independent of meals, creates a high concentration of active substance in the blood (up to 90%) and is long derived from the body. Application and dose

The spectrum of antifungal action of fluconazole is quite wide - it is prescribed for the treatment of local lesions of the skin and mucosa (candidiasis, mycoses, a decent-shaped deprived), with cryptococcal infections, as well as generalized (common, systemic) fungal lesions. Therefore, the doses of it can be different:

  • under candidiasis of mucous membranes, skinmic mothos - 0.05 g per day for 1-4 weeks, vaginal candidiasis - 0.15 g of one-time;
  • with onychomicosis - 0.15 g per week (until a complete shift of the affected nail plate);
  • with system candidides - from 0.1 to 0.2 g per day with adults and 3-6 mg per 1 kg of mass of children;
  • with cryptococcal meningitis - from 0.2 to 0.4 g per day to 2 months;
  • with a deceased lisha - 3 g per week (1-3 weeks).

If the drug is prescribed in the form of intravenous infusion, the adult is introduced with a speed of 5-10 ml / min. Children This form of fluconazole is applied at the rate of 1-2 mg per 1 kg of the child's mass.
