Home adzhika can be prepared by 2 ways - with cooking and without cooking. From this article, you will learn the classic recipe for making adjika using both the other way.

Preparing Adzhika at home without cooking - Classic recipe

Adzhika is a very useful sauce, as it consists of essentially vegetables. Her consumption has a beneficial effect on human health. For example, the aforementioned sauce:

  • improves the digestive process
  • stimulates appetite
  • strengthens the immune system
  • supports energy supply in the body
  • promotes vessel cleansing
  • improves metabolic processes in the body
  • and even increases libido

And now we turn directly to the recipe for making Adzhika at home. And we will tell you how to cook this sauce without cooking. After all, the raw form retains much more useful substances. So, we will need the following set of products:

  • tomatoes - 2 kg
  • pepper Bulgarian Sweet - 600 g
  • podpick pepper sharp - 1-2 pcs.
  • garlic - 100 g
  • salt to taste
  • green (optional) - beam
  • vinegar - 30-50 ml
  • lemonic acid - 1/4 tsp.

Procedure for performing actions:

  1. First prepare vegetables. My tomatoes, cut out the frozen, cut on halves or quarters for the convenience of grinding in the meat grinder.
  2. Then my sweet pepper, cut the core in it, cut on 6-8 parts. A sharp pepper is mine and cut off from it only tails.
  3. Garlic purify from husks. My greens, if you decide to use it.
  4. All prepared vegetables are crushed with a meat grinder.
  5. The resulting mass of salt to taste. This is also poured by vinegar and supper citric acid. All mix well.
  6. Our Adzhik is ready to eat. We break it down on banks, cover the drop-down lids and put it in the refrigerator.

Adzhik without cooking for this recipe can be stored in the refrigerator 1-1.5 months. It can also be used for meat marinade, and for cooking, and as a sauce to meat dishes.

Preparing home adzhik with cooking on a classic recipe

No less tasty and useful is favorable adjika. To prepare a sauce in this way, we will need such ingredients:

  • tomato - 3 kg
  • carrot - 0.5 kg
  • pepper Sweet Red - 0.5 kg
  • apples - 0.5 kg
  • garlic - 150 g
  • bitter pepper - 150 g
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • refined vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 2 tbsp.

Go directly to the preparation of our delicious Adzhika:

  1. First you prepare vegetables to grinding in a meat grinder. My tomatoes, we clean from the frozen, arbitrarily cut.
  2. Carrot purify, mine, cut. My pepper and apples, cut the cores and also arbitrarily cut.
  3. All the above vegetables are crushed through a meat grinder. The resulting mass is transferred to a saucepan and put on fire. After boiling, cook our adzhik exactly 1 hour. In the process of cooking, do not forget to stir.
  4. After the specified time, add sugar, oil, vinegar and salt to our sauce. Mix everything and cook another 1 hour.
  5. While the adjika is cooked, clean the garlic from the husk, my. Bitter pepper is also mine, cut off the tails and grind together with garlic through the meat grinder.
  6. After the expiration of the specified time, we pour a mixture of garlic with pepper into a saucepan with Adzhika and cook all this 0.5 hours, periodically stirring.
  7. Now our adzhik is ready to use. Part of it can be left in the refrigerator, and part of the hot spill on sterilized banks and roll for the winter.

Important! If you do not like sharp, or there are any contraindications to its use, or adzhika will have children, you can reduce the amount of garlic and bitter pepper. Or even exclude bitter pepper from the recipe. From this sauce will not be less tasty.
