Cocktail "Pina Kolada"

"Filtered Pineapple" is so translated from Spanish the name of the tropical cocktail "Pina Kolada". His homeland is considered Puerto Rico. A lightweight alcoholic beverage, the first mentions of which are dating from the beginning of the 20th century, is now popular all over the world. There are dozens of ways to prepare "Pina Kolad" with small additions to the main components. But the classic recipe remains unchanged.

Ingredients:

  1. Pineapple juice - 75 ml;
  2. Coconut milk - 75 ml;
  3. Rum - 50 ml;
  4. Ice cubes;
  5. A piece of pineapple, orange or cherry berry for decoration.

Put the ice in a blender and grind it to the state of shallow crumbs. Take a high glass and pour ice into it. In a blender or shaker pour rum, juice and milk. Stir the contents. Pour the resulting mixture into a glass with ice and decorate it with a piece of pineapple, orange or berry cherry. There is also a non-alcoholic beverage option called "Virgin Pina Kolada". It contains the same ingredients except Roma.
