You will see several files, one of which is the desired hosts. When you press double-clicking on the left mouse button, a list of programs to choose from. We need a "notebook".
4
After opening a file through a notebook, you will open a file with different characters. You need to get up in a new line and copy the following code there: 127.0.0.1
5
Put the space and write the name of the site you want to block. For example, Odnoklassniki.ru. Experts advise to prescribe the name of the site twice, with WWW at the beginning and without. After all, when you enter into the address bar, some browsers open the desired sites in different ways. It turns out, the name must be entered twice. Please note: the name must be prescribed manually, and not copy from the browser address line. When copying, unnecessary characters will be inserted.

After you enter all the sites, click "File", select the "Save" tab. Be sure to restart the computer. After that, the sites can not be displayed in the address bar of the browser.
