How to restore a lost labor book

Many people face the problem of losing certain documents. And if you restore, for example, a passport is not very difficult, then with the workbook will have to suffer.

1
First of all, it is necessary to get a job on the employment contract. Then write a statement to the employer that you lost the workbook and ask him to give you a duplicate.

2
By law, the employer is obliged to write down a duplicate within 15 days, but if it has foundations. Under the grounds implies supporting documents from all your former jobs:

  • Orders for employment, about changing the qualifications, increasing, dismissal;
  • Certificates about the overall experience from each place of work;
  • Labor contracts;
  • Archival references that you worked at the enterprise, which has already been eliminated;
  • Personal personal accounts forms No. T-54 and No. T-54A;
  • Vedomosti about payroll.

The more documents you collect, the more information about the experience will be recorded in duplicate.

3
According to the instructions approved by Resolution No. 69 of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation of 10.10.2003 (paragraph 7 of paragraph 7.2), the employer must actively assist in obtaining the necessary documents. To do this, he can make written requests to the places of your former work.

4
You can also speed up the receipt of the necessary data by independently contacting former employers. Sometimes in order to get one or another certificate, you will have to even go to another city or wait for a written response from another country.

If you have lost your workbook, do not tighten with it with its recovery, the faster you will collect documents, the faster the duplicate will discover you. And in no case do not disappear from the problem, in the sense of the reluctance to extract any references. The new employer, of course, will lead to you a new workbook, but years of work you will be lost. And remember about them when you retire time, but it will be too late.
