How to insulate the house of Eco

For insulation of residential and economic buildings, a lot of various materials is used, a special place among which is given to the Equata. Wide distribution, this material was obtained due to its relatively low cost and numerous positive characteristics, such as environmental friendliness, parroopase, waterproofability, low chemical activity and high soundproof.

1
Equata is an excellent thermal insulation material that has loose texture and can be light gray or dairy. It consists of secondary cellulose (most often recycled waste paper), boric acid (being an excellent antiseptic prevents the formation of fungus and mold) and the bora (ensures the fire density of the insulation). There are several ways to apply insulation - manual and mechanical (dry blowing, wet application and combined method). Each of them has its own characteristics and varies depending on the insulated surface.

2
The manual laying method is considered not the most productive: it takes a lot of time, requires great physical effort and, no matter how much you wanted, it does not allow to fully fill all the gaps and emptiness. However, there is an indisputable plus - for applying insulation, this method does not require any special devices and complex equipment. Since, to reduce the volume, the material is compressed, before using it, it is necessary to "fluff". To do this, pour the contents of the package with the insulation into a large container, for example, a barrel or a large-sized box, then take the material using a construction mixer or a special shock on a drill. The prepared material is evenly falling asleep in the niche. If you insulate the floor - insulation, pour with a small slide, so that after laying the floorboard, he seal a little. With the insulation of the walls and the ceiling, the material must be tamped manually.

3
The mechanical method of laying is considered to be the most efficient, as it can significantly reduce the time of work, minimize the raw areas and significantly reduce the consumption of the material. The dry blowing method is great for the insulation of horizontal surfaces, as well as elements of the building located at an angle - hollow walls, roofing rods, interior and inter-storey floors. To apply the material in this way you will need a special joining machine. Before starting work at the top of the hollow surface, do a hole, the diameter of which must correspond to the size of the sleeve of the joining machine. Insert the sleeve into the hole, boot the insulation into the device and turn it on. The device will be supplied with an emotion along with air under certain pressure, completely filling the cavity.

4
The wet method of application is used to insulate open vertical surfaces. A little wet eco-gun becomes very adhesive and, after applying, turns into a layer of solid insulation. To start on the surface being processed, install the crate, for the manufacture of which wooden bars or methophrofil are perfectly suitable. With the help of special equipment, apply the material to the material, completely filling the space between the adjacent elements of the crate. The device itself moister the material, bypowing it with the optimal amount of water. After drying, cut the excessive applied substance - it can be reused.

5
The main differences between the combined applying method of eco-wets from wet is that special adhesives are added to the water that increase the coupling properties of the insulation. Thanks to them, after drying, the applied material is practically not deformed. The technique of performing this type of thermal insulation work does not differ from the wet technique.

Now you know that it is very simple to insulate the construction with the help of ecowood, moreover, the use of this material will cost you much cheaper than the use of other thermal insulation materials.
