Order a cadastral passport for an apartment located on the territory of the Russian Federation can any legal or individual. At the moment it can be done online by using the Rosreestra Electronic Services Service. Go to the site of the Federal State Registration Service www.rosreestr.ru..

Go to the "Public Services" tab. Click on the field " List of services provided" Select the section "Providing information entered in the State Cadastre of Real Estate." In the "Electronic Services" column, click on the inscription "Go".

In the window that opens, click on the "New Form of Request for Information in the GCN" tab.

In the "Please provide information in the form" section, select "Cadastral Passport". In the object "Object" - "Room". Specify the address and method of obtaining. The cadastral passport can be obtained electronically, by mail or personally, contacting the territorial office.

After entering the verification code, you will automatically go to the fill in the applicant information. Specify the name, SNILS and passport number. Confirm the consent to the transfer of data to Rosreestr.

You will receive a message that the request is accepted. Save its number and verification code to check the status of your application in the Personal Account.

Check the email address specified in the application. You must come a letter with a code for making a payment.

To form payment documents, go through the link specified in the letter. Enter the verification code and click "Check".

You will be displayed a message that the application is waiting for payment. Click on the "Specify Payment Code" and write a combination of numbers sent to you in the window that opens. Click on the "Go to payment" button.

Select option for payment and make a payment.
After checking your data and receipt of payment you will be given a cadastral passport for an apartment. The maximum preparation date of the document is 10 working days. In case of receiving a refusal, the decision of Rosreestra can be appealed in court.
