When transferring property rights to real estate for registration of the transaction, it is necessary to provide many documents, for example, a purchase and sale agreement, a contract of donation, technical passport, personal documents, etc. Along with them, the legislation of the Russian Federation provides for the presence of a cadastral passport.
The cadastral passport is a derivative document of the State Cadastral Real Estate Accounting, which in turn is carried out to fill the state real estate cadastre by detailed data on all accounted properties of real estate (land plot, building, building, premises, legal zones).

- registration date in the state real estate cadastre;
- location (accurate address);
- the appearance and purpose of the property of real estate;
- unique technical characteristics of the object, for example, area, location on the site;
- data of the owner and others;
- graphic image with excerpt.
- to apply to state cadastral accounting authorities with a statement by providing a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, documents on the right of ownership and paying the state duty;
- provide an opportunity for employees of this service to inspect the real estate for collecting and analyzing the necessary information;
- to take into account the land, the borders with neighbors should be coordinated, and employees of cadastral accounting are geodesic surveillance;
- wait for data processing, preparation and verification of the report;
- get a cadastral passport.
In the issuance of the cadastral passport, it may be denied if the property is not submitted to the state inventory or there is unreliable data.
