How to make an ownership

On the territory of the Russian Federation there are not so many land detasures decorated correctly, the majority has partial design. However, only correctly registered areas can perform the objects of purchase and sale, donation, inheritance. Let's talk about how to issue a plot of property.

You can carry out this procedure in three cases: if the land has moved by inheritance, if the site belongs to you by law of perpetual use (i.e., moved from the factory, cooperative), if you have the right to lease. In the first case, it is necessary to open the hereditary case at the notary for six months since the death of the testator. You need to file the following package of documents:

  • cadastral passport, indicating the cost and plan at the time of the death of the testator;
  • an extract from the rosnedvizhimost about the design of the inheritance;
  • extract from land cadastre;
  • an extract on the absence of a plot of buildings;
  • an extract from the USRP, form number 3;
  • agreement on the provision of assessment services with a market assessment;
  • certificate about the last place of registration of the testator;
  • a document that confirms relationship with the testator;
  • will;
  • technical characteristics;
  • help from the tax inspection.

Next, receive a certificate that is certified by the notary, and register it in the UFRS or MFC. We pay state duty in the amount of thousand rubles, submit documents: your own, cadastral passport, testimony of the death of the testator, directly certified by the notary certificate. If you use a plot based on a lease agreement or perpetual use, to start, order a geodesic plan for it, then the master plan from the BTI. Submit these documents to the district administration and the cadastral plan with the contract, on the basis of which you use the earth. The decision to appropriate land is taken within three months.

The next paragraph needs to conduct an interviewing area and put it on cadastral accounting, get a new cadastral passport. It takes this process until six months. Documents for submission for registration in MFC: Passports of the owners of the site, the Meeting Plan, the cadastral passport, the basis of the foundation. Pay the state duty and take the document within 10 days.

If the site was purchased, you need to re-refline it on yourself. Contact your local land management company with the contract of sale and the old act on the Earth of the former owner. Write a registration application, bring a passport and receipt of payment of state duty.

Remember that not any land can be used in official use. So, to issue a plot to the property will not work if it is in the jurisdiction of the security service, is a reserve or is necessary for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
