How to make a donation of the land

confirmation of the consent of third parties (if necessary);
confirmation of awareness of the need to register the transfer of ownership in the State Registration Service.

The contract of donation is subject to mandatory registration from the notary. It is necessary for the presence of both parties or their trusted representatives. From tax payments are exemplated gifted, consisting in close relationship with the donor. In other cases, the gifted should pay tax in the amount of thirteen percent of the value of the land plot.

The completion of the transaction is the moment of registration of the transfer of property rights from the donor to the new owner in State Registration Service (Rosreestre).
