  • Your passport and its photocopy;

  • Act of the Unified State Register on the confirmation of the right to ownership of the territory of the Earth;
  • Cadastral site plan;
  • Act of the State Registry on the resolution of the construction of the house and other premises on the land plot;
  • Photocopy of acts certifying the legitimacy of land ownership.

Now go to the local executive board (urban council). There it is necessary to write an application for the right to own a plot of land. More precisely: experts will issue a blank, and you fill it out. And grant the entire packet of papers, which was stated in 5 points.

It remains to register a house in your name. Contact BTI (Bureau of Engineventarization). An employee will come to you and make a plan of buildings. Take the cadastral plan or passport to your land plot, register a house in the State Real Estate Register Center. Only after this process, the house and land will be in your possession.

Very troublesome business - the acquisition, registration of the house and land for the future owner. Nevertheless, such acquisitions are not often acquired. And in order to be a legitimate owner, it is necessary to bring the started action to the end.
