The rules and requirements for the design of land lease are set forth in the relevant articles of the Land and Civil Codes of the Russian Federation. When concluding this transaction, it is extremely important to take into account the mass of the nuances to avoid insignificant transactions, financial losses and other troubles.
In the case of renting a private land plot, it is important to legally competently draw up a lease agreement:- the contract must indicate the details of the document confirming the right of the landlord to possession and disposal of this site;
- the leased plot should be easily identified (the presence of the cadastral number, as well as the direction of the area and location is required);
- it should be clearly and unequivocally spelled out points regarding the size of the rent, as well as the procedure for its introduction.
- a copy of the passport for the individuality, an extract from the register for legal entities;
- copies of the constituent documents of JUR. persons certified by notary;
- extract from the USRP, confirming the lack of rights to land;
- decision of the local administration on the formation of a land plot;
- cadastral passport of the site;
- required coordination established by legal acts and solutions of the local administration.
