The device of tracks, platforms or trimming of pillows under the foundations - all such works are associated with alignment and sealing of the surface of the soil, for which the vibratinglitis is used. The most complex component in the design of the vibrating plates is an electromechanical vibrator, so the simple solution is seen by the use of the finished engine equipped with imbalances. You can find such an aggregate at an affordable price in the company trading construction equipment. And it is possible to make the base under the platform vibrator itself by applying some technical skills.

Materials will be required:

Steel sheet 800x450 mm thickness of about 10 mm;
Channel;
Pipe with a diameter of 20-25 mm;
Pillow from any car engine - 2 pcs;
Bolts M12.

Basic necessary tools:

Welding machine;
Drill;
Bulgarian;

First we make charging: retreating from the edge of a sheet of 100 mm, blacks and cutting them with a grinder to a depth of 4-5 mm. A sledgehammer bending the strips is about 25 °, then the place of the cut by fasten with the help of electrical welding.

Cut from the channel two pieces of length, equal to or slightly smaller than the width of the sheet. We weld them to the base so that they come under the places of the electricibrator mounts, then drill holes for mounting bolts.

I fix the engine on the site, on its end, we perform a device to reduce vibration. The latter consists of two pillows from the "kopeck" engine, corners and rubber parts, which can be chosen in the fastener store or in the car service. It remains to bend from the pipe P-shaped handle and put in place.

The result of the work done is the homemade vibrating plot weighing about 60 kg, allowing the tamper of wet sand or rubble depth to 100-150 mm, which is enough to improve the territory of the household site.
