The registration process in the PF is somewhat different for individual entrepreneurs (IP) and legal entities. For example, if your company will exist in the form of Ltd., to be registered with the PF you will have only once. As a result, you will receive a document confirming your registration with the assignment of an individual number, and then you will regularly pay pension contributions according to current legislation.

The main feature for the IP is that registration can occur twice. The primary occurs simultaneously with the registration of IP in the so-called single window, where you can also be recorded in various funds. What documents will be required to be better clarified immediately before registration in the territorial department of the PF. Approximate list of such: a statement about registration in PF and copies of the following documents - passports and INN, certificates of registration of IP, notification that you are recorded in the tax inspection bodies, extracts from the registry of the PI. A few days later you will receive (by mail or personally) a notice of registration as IP without workers and will pay contributions for yourself.

Repeated visit to the PF for registration should take place if you hire a new employee under the contract - civil-law, author or labor. Application for registration, together with the package of documents, is submitted to your territorial separation of the PF in a 30-day term. In addition to copies of the passport and the Inn, you need to provide copies of the employment record, a certificate of pension insurance and its own orGN and the EGRIP, as well as contracts and insurance certificates.

Another type of registration refers to cases of voluntary insurance. For example, if you want to pay contributions in an enlarged amount, you must contact the PF at the place of registration of the enterprise with the appropriate statement, passport and documents confirming the registration in PF. Within 10 days you will receive a notice that you are registered as a voluntary payer of pension contributions.
It is important not to miss the deadlines for registering and paying contributions to the PF. Otherwise, the law provides for fines for such violations.
