To open, IP will need to assemble the package of documents: a copy of the passport of the future entrepreneur, the application in the form of P21001, the receipt of the payment of state duty. The application will need to sign and assure in the notary office.

Get an application form in the tax inspection and close in the sample. Pre-select Codes in the All-Russian Classifier for Economic Activities (OKVED). An individual entrepreneur will need to choose a priority activity, when choosing a contractor, large entrepreneurs pay attention to the list of codes.

If you still want to change or add OKVED codes, then you have the right to do this by submitting an application to the tax inspectorate and paying state duty. In case of difficulty with the choice, contact your tax inspector for advice.

After filling out the application and assigning it in the notarial office, you should return to the tax and fill out another form - to a simplified tax system. On this system you will pay 6% from the income state. State duty at registration will be 800 p. Be careful when specifying details.

Next, register in the tax at the place of residence, get a certificate of registration, make printing and open the calculated account. Notification that you put on statistical account, will come by mail.
As you can see, you need not much to open an IP. However, it is worth remembering that if you strive to develop your business, attract serious business partners, increase turnover, you better choose as an organizational form of LLC. You will have the right to lead the same simplified accounting accounting, and the legal organization will make it possible to look solid for large firms.
