Any message or post in your group can be attached to the header, it will be visible to users the very first, even if you post and send messages on the wall. Try it yourself and make sure how easy it can be done.

Go to the "Groups" section.

Find the Control tab, it contains all groups, the administrator or the moderator you are.

Click on the group in which changes are required.

You will have a wall of the community. Find the post you want to secure. On this screenshot it will be a post with text: "Number one message."

So that it is displayed ahead of all other posts, find a small three-stroke in the right corner and click on it. In the list that appears, select "Stop".

See what happened. The message remains at the top of the group header. It will be there until you remove it yourself.
