In Windows 7, there is such a problem as the inability to delete system files, programs, folders. Many are interested in how it can be circumvented.

When you try to delete files, the system issues a message that their owner is "TrustedInstaller". Therefore, in order to be able to delete an unnecessary file, it should be used to become its owner, and then get the right to change / delete the file.

Click on the file you want to delete, right-click, select "Properties", go to the Safety tab, down to the right click the "Advanced" button.

Just be careful, the system will not be able to work without separate system files.

A window appears in which the "TakeOwn" command should be applied, as shown in the figure. Now you will be the owner of the file, but you can not yet delete it.

Apply the "CACLS" command, which will give you full rights to the file (Admin is the username, you should specify your own). Now the file can be deleted.

If the system still does not allow you to delete a file, you should simply reboot in safe mode.
