The 1C program allows not only to create primary accounting documents, but also to form various reports on their basis automatically. These can be both regulated reports for the provision of tax authorities and internal use reports to analyze the results of the enterprise's economic activity.

All 1C reporting templates are in the "Reports" log. It also saves lists of formed regulated reports. Reports for domestic use, for example, reverse statements, analysis of accounts, subconto cards and scripts analysis between subconto are not automatically saved and not fixed in the report log. But the 1C program provides for the possibility of printing them or save in Excel format.

The main internal report necessary for analyzing the activities of the enterprise and the evaluation of its financial condition is the operating statement. In the magazine "Reports", choose the item "Reverse Salda Statement", open its template. Fill out the start and end date of the report and click the "Share Report" button. If necessary, you can print the resulting form by using the "Print" button.

For more detailed analysis, you can form a circulating statement of individual accounts. From the "Reports" menu, choose the position "Reverse Sald Sue Account". In the form that opens, fill in the desired report period, the number and name of the accounting account and click the "Share Report" button.

To automatically fill the main book of the enterprise in the "Reports" menu, activate the "Home Book" template, in the "Settings" tab specify the required period, as well as the method of representing the data. Save the settings with the "OK" button. Return to the template and click the "Shape" button. If necessary, print with the "Print" button.

To create regulated reports, we use the corresponding button from the "Reports" menu. In the form that opens, select the required report, in the appropriate line, we enter its period and click the "Open" button. It should be noted that it is possible to successfully form reports for state tax authorities only if there is a licensed copy of the program 1C, updated to the current state of the state. Otherwise, the program contains outdated forms that cannot be accepted by tax authorities as reportable.
