- thin colored paper;
- wire;
- pliers;
- scissors;

- On the table in the stack we put paper in ten layers. From the selected size, as well as the number of paper layers will depend on the size and pomp of the future pompon.
- We begin to put paper on the one hand in the form of a harmonica.
- To make a second bend, carefully turn the sheets of paper and produce it to bend on yourself.

- cardboard;
- colored paper;
- scissors;
- glue;

We proceed to creating a cellular pump from paper:
- We turn the cardboard in half and draw a semicircle on it, then cut it out.
- We cut the cardboard circle in the middle into two equal parts.
- We prepare color, thin paper, pre-laying it into one stack of 10 leaves and cutting up to the desired size.
- On a sheet of paper, we lace a blue and green woven vertical stripes. The distance between the stripes should be the same size.
- On the placed sheet, we put the first sheet of colored paper and we welt the glue of the strip of one color.
- Then we glue the second layer of colored paper and lubricate glue on the second color.
- Repeat these steps until the paper sheets are running.
- Seam-circle applied to glued sheets and cut through its contour.
- Glue cardboard semicircles with one and on the other side.
