According to the current legislation of the Russian Federation, each owner of the vehicle (TC) is obliged to register it. This rule also applies to trailers for passenger, trucks and motorcycles.

Vehicle registration is required in the case of:

his acquisitions;
independent manufacture of autoconstructions;
climbing TC;
removal from registration (hijacking machine, termination of the contract for the purchase of vehicles and other);

To use the trailer to the passenger car, there will be a driver's license category "B". But during the operation of the cargo body, the rights of the category "E" will be required.
