The gas supply to the burner is adjustable directly during the use of the plate using the valves placed on it. However, if the gas comes with jerks, the flame is weak or burner smoking - then most likely the nozzles are scored, and they must be cleaned with a thin wire. Also, the cause of such problems can serve as an insufficient oxygen supply, and in order to fix it, you need to reduce the jaw in the burner well.
An independent inspection of the gas system may not be enough, especially if you are already bothering any problems in the work of the slab. Therefore, periodically, it is still worth inviting a specialist to be sure to be confident in their own security.
