When the computer is turned on, the operating system is immediately launched, and with it some programs. For example, antivirus. However, you can choose which applications will be automatically run, which will not allow no extra action and save time.
1
The first way to add a program to autoload - through the settings of the program itself. Well study all tabs. If you find something similar to "run together with Windows", then just check this item. Now the application will be loaded with the system.
2
Next way - add the application shortcut to the "Auto-loading" folder. First create a shortcut. Call the context menu on the scratch "desktop". Now choose "Create", and then - "Label". In the window that appears, select the path to the utility you need by clicking on the "Review ..." and click "Next". We come up with the name of the label and click "Finish".
3
After that, you should transfer it to the "Auto-loading" folder. Call the side panel of Windows 8 by spending the cursor from the right lower corner upwards. Select "Search". Now enter the name of the desired folder and select it in the results list.
4
On the "Desktop" cut the created shortcut and put it in this folder. We do this using the context menu or by consistently pressing the Ctrl + x and Ctrl + V keys.
5
In Windows 8 there is another way to get to the "Auto-loading" folder. Just walk along the path C: \\ Users \\ Tanya \\ APPDATA \\ Roaming \\ Microsoft \\ Windows \\ Start Menu \\ Programs \\ Startup. Only instead of Tanya insert your username.
6
In Windows 7, we do it through the "Start" menu. Press the corresponding button on the keyboard or click on the Start menu icon in the lower left corner of the screen. Now go to "all programs" and choose "autoload". The algorithm of action with the label is the same.
7
Another way to add a program to autoload is to do it through the Windows registry. But if you are an inexperienced user, it is better not to apply it. For a start, go to the regedit application. Enter this word in the search for Windows 8 and click on the result.
8
In Windows 7, launch the regedit through the Start menu by entering the name in the search field. Also universal for both operating systems is the combination of the Win and R buttons, which calls the "Run" window. Enter the name of the utility and click OK.
9
In the Registry Editor window, choose HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then go to Software. Among the available folders click on Microsoft, then Windows, then select RUN in CurrentVersion.
10
In the right half of the editor, click the right mouse button and click "Create". In the pop-up menu, select the "String Parameter". We call it, for example, "parameter for sovetclub".
11
Now call the context menu of this parameter and click "Edit ...". In the window that appears, enter the path to the program you need to add to the autoload and click on OK. Be sure to put double quotes when you prescribe it.
12
After the manipulations, the utility you selected will be started when you enable the computer from all users. If you plan to have only a specific user, then in the "Registry Editor" you need to choose not HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, but HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Further act as described above.
Now you know how to add an application to autoload in three ways. However, it should be noted that a large number of programs that are loaded automatically can strongly affect the speed of the computer and the time of its complete inclusion. Therefore, carefully weigh the need to start each of them.
