Documents to obtain a certificate of maternal capital

You can arrange a certificate as personally in the Pension Fund office and through the official website of the PFRF. Consider the option of personal receipt:

  • First print and fill in statement;
  • Russian passport or any other document confirming personality;
  • The birth document or adoption of the child;
  • SNILS and INN of the applicant;
  • If documents are not personally submitted by you, but representatives, then a notarized power of attorney will be needed.

How to get a certificate electronically

You may not contact the PFRF, but just visit the official website services. Here, information about all documents is filled online, and you personally provide them only upon receipt of the certificate.

Visit the PFR website by reference and select the section "Personal Cabinet Citizen".

Next, find the line "Maternal Capital - MSC" and click on the link "On issuing a state certificate to MSK".

Fill out the statement for stages. First, specify your territorial body of the FIU. This is done in the first line. Choose the method of feeding "Personally" if you do not make a power of attorney to another person.
