Maternity Capital is provided:
a woman who gave birth to a second child later than January 2007;
citizen of the Russian Federation, adopting two and more children;
father, having two children, in case the mother died or deprived of parental rights;
a child who has not reached a majority that does not have both parents.

For assistance, it is necessary to contact the territorial separation of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at the place of registration or actual residence. If you are outside of Russia or you do not have the ability to personally make an application, use the mail services, a single portal of public services or apply through a trust.

To make a certificate, it is necessary to provide the following documents:
statement of the established sample;
document of a citizen of the Russian Federation, who certifies the identity of the submission documents;
certificate of the birth of all children or a certificate of adoption;
certificate of the death of mother or both parents, if such documents are available.
If the packet of documents is sent by mail, you must assure signatures and copies of all documents in the notary. In the case of the child's birth in the territory of a foreign state, the transfer of the birth certificate certified by the notary should be attached to the listed documents.

When filling out the application, be careful and do not allow corrections and errors. If you send a statement by mail, paragraphs from 9 to 13 are not filled. An application for family capital is considered within 30 days. After time, a specialist in the telephone will contact the applicant and notify the date of receipt of the certificate. If the applicant does not have the opportunity to appear in the pension fund body, the certificate is sent by mail.
The service is provided free of charge in a queue. Maternal capital is provided once and operates only upon presentation of a document certifying. In the event of the original certificate, the owner is issued a duplicate.
