How to change the passport when reaching 20 and 45 years
The package of documentation when contacting the authorities will be sufficiently small:

How to change the passport through Public services
You can submit all documents, without leaving home. To do this, you need to be registered online public services to verify their identity.
Log in and enter the "Service Catalog" section.
In the drop-down menu, look for the item "Passport, registration, visas." Click on it.
On the next page you need to "passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation."
You will be offered a list of situations that require the replacement passport. Select the link that fits your case. For each of them will be slightly different form.
Click on the column "E-service" and then "Get a service." Here, you can opt out of receiving services electronically, if you click on the item "Private visit units", then you just make an appointment.
