What documents are needed for temporary registration

Migration processes are inextricably linked with the change of residence. Preparation of documents for temporary registration

  • Notarized consent of the owner of housing, as well as the consent of all residents living at the chosen address, to provide temporary registration to other persons.
  • Address list of arrival. This document is filled with employees responsible for registration. Available in three copies. Independent filling of the forms is unacceptable.

Procedure for submission of documents

You can submit prepared documents in several ways.

  • By personal appeal to the territorial bodies competent for the provision of registration. During a visit to the authorized body, in addition to the specified list of papers, the presence of the owner of housing or its authorized representative is also necessary. To eliminate refusal to accept documents, a representative of the interests of the owner must have an appropriate notarized attorney. The verification and issuance of the registration certificate is made within 6 working days - 3 days is given for fixation and transfer of packets of papers in the FMS and for another 3 days the documents are recorded and checked in the FMS.
  • Registration of temporary accommodation can be obtained and by submitting mailing. With this variant in the form of copies, only the identity document is directed, as well as the basis for registration (notarized). Other documents are transmitted in the original.
  • Through the site of a single portal of public services - Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Features of registration in a private house, sanatorium or hotel

If the address of temporary registration is the hotel, sanatorium or private household, the list of documents for temporary registration will be somewhat different.

  • To obtain a certificate of registration in a private house, in addition to the main list of papers, it is also necessary to prepare: the house book, the consent of not only all prescribed (registered at the address) of those, but also all owners of housing.
  • In the case of a long (more than 90 it) accommodation in a hotel or sanatorium, the certificate lands on the shoulders of the administration of these institutions. At the request of the residence (or without it, but at the end of the 90 days of residence), employees of institutions should report the list of documents necessary for issuing a registration certificate. As the latter there is a passport or a birth certificate. To clarify the duration of the registration accounting, a travel document (certificate), a ticket and a resort card may be requested. Documents are withdrawn for 3 days, and after returning together a temporary registration document.
