In the case when you are just going to take any kind of loan, or a mortgage on an apartment, then you should wait for the tech of the child. Of course, you can try to file a petition in the Russian Pension Fund and earlier, explaining that you have nowhere to live, and there is not enough money for the purchase. Such a petition will be considered in a special format.
To repay or take a loan for maternity capital, the following conditions must be followed:
- You received a certificate for maternity capital in the FIU.
- You have your own stable income.
- You are not owned by another housing.
- Future housing You will place in the total share ownership in the equal part between the spouses and children.
The last item requires special attention. The fact is that, according to the law, housing, purchased at the expense of maternal capital, should be divided into the right of ownership between the whole family.
