To replace the set of original cartridges for the Canon Pixma printer, you will have to pay the amount that can be compared with the price of the printing device itself. Therefore, in order to save money, many users prefer to refuel cartridges on their own. At the same time, they can be seasoned as many times as you like, without losing as a press.
1
First of all, you need to purchase suitable ink specifically for your printer model. In this matter, a consultant in the store of components will help you. Also, before the procedure for refueling cartridges, prepare 5 syringes (preferably 10 mm).
2
Even an inexperienced user, opening the printer cover, will see that there are two - one - one - one more, the other, the other less. The largest PGBK cartridge contains ink on the basis of water, like the rest, but on a solution of pigment. Applying these varieties of ink on paper has its own nuances, therefore, for higher printing quality, pigmented ink is used only to print texts, and water - for photographs and images. Be careful, in no case can you mix these two black colors. Prepare a separate syringe for each type of ink.
3
After raising the Canon Pixma cover, the cartridges will automatically extend to the center. You can start refueling with anyone. In order to get it from the cell, you should press on the latch and raise it up.
4
Put the extracted cartridge on the side and make a hole on the right at the top of the side. You can perfume the plastic shell using an ordinary gypsy needle pre -warmed. The hole should be small so that the syringe needle enters there, but no more. Cut the bumps that remained after piercing.
5
Next, open a jar with appropriate paint and dial a syringe. Before filling, the cartridge should be placed above the covered surface, if the ink is accidentally exposed, since it is very difficult to remove or wash them. Insert the needle into the hole and slowly pour the ink to the opening from the side of the cartridge. When you finish, carefully take out the syringe.
6
Now it is necessary to seal the ink hole by using adhesive tape. After this is over, slightly squeeze the cartridge over a jar of ink. This will allow the lower part of the cartridge from extra drops.
7
Insert the cartridge back into place and press until you hear a slight click. In the same way, fill out all the cartridges with ink. The main thing is that remember that it is by no means to change the color of ink in any of the cartridges.
8
After you fill out all the cartridges, you can start printing. Keep in mind that the printing device will send your computer a signal that the cartridge is empty, since the chip in it is designed only for one -time operation. You can turn off the demonstration of the ink level in the device. It is easy to do this, you just need to follow the instructions that the computer will issue.
Ideally, periodically check the amount of ink in cartridges yourself, and not wait until they end at all. To do this, take out each cartridge alternately from the device and check the level of paint. If there is little it, it is time to carry out the refueling procedure. Each next procedure is similar to the first. The only difference is that you no longer need to pierce the hole in the cartridge.
