If you accidentally deleted important files from a memory card or an error occurred on it, entailed the formatting, do not rush to contact the service center. To start, try to recover the data yourself using the appropriate software. In this article you will learn how to save the files that were deleted from flash cards.

To start with the used software. For example, take a lot of famous program "Card Recovery". You can download it from the official website of the publisher or the source of your choice. Install the program. The installation is in two clicks and a few seconds.

Run the software and insert the memory card into your computer. click "Next" in the window that appears.

In the window that appears, choose the very first line, there will need to select a drive letter that has your flash drive.

If your flash card was made from a photo or video camera, choose which one. This will help speed up the process of data recovery. In this case, we choose the Canon camera.

Under the top point you will see three small windows. If there were photos and video on the camera, then select the first two window - put them tick.

As soon as you put a check mark, a window appears with the video or photo file formats. To facilitate the recovery pick the ones that were definitely on your flash drive at the time of removal. If you do not remember, select "All" option. Click "OK".

Specify the path to save the recovered files in the last line. Click the "Next" button.
