Situations may be different, in which you need to be able to save bookmarks from the browser. For example, when reinstalling the operating system, when all existing programs are erased and updated, all existing programs on the hard disk C. Then there is a need to save the Google Chrom search engine bookmarks.

We will save bookmarks to hard drive D, information on which when reinstalling the operating system usually do not touch at the request of the user.

We find the Google Chrom icon on the desktop, bring the cursor and open it in one way:
double-clicking left mouse button;
press once the right mouse button, the context menu will appear - execute the "Open" command.

Google Chrom Search program window opens. In the upper right corner of the window we find the settings icon - it has the form of three short horizontal dashes. We bring the mouse cursor on them, press once the right mouse button. The list of the search engine settings will appear. Select from the list option "Bookmark"\u003e "Bookmark Manager". We serve these two commands.

After pressing the above options, the Bookmark Manager window will open in full screen, divided into two fields - "folders" and "control".

Click on "Management". The advanced list of the menu will appear, select "Export bookmarks to the HTML file" in it.

The window opens called "Save As". The name of the folder in which the saved bookmarks are located will be already offered to you in the data storage window. At your discretion, the file name can be changed. We save information in the specified folder to the hard drive D. Your bookmarks are preserved in the HTML file format.

To transfer saved bookmarks from the computer's memory in Google Chrom, make such actions:
we run the search program;
in the upper right corner, click on the menu icon - three horizontal strips;
in the window that appears, select the option "Settings".

The entire screen turns out the advanced Google Chrom settings. Scroll to the bottom until you see the "Import Bookmarks" button. Click on it.

The little window "Import Bookmarks and Settings" will seem with the requirement to select Elements for Import. Perform commands: Select File\u003e Disc D\u003e Saved folder name with bookmarks\u003e Open.

A successful operation of you will be brought to the text with the text that the import of bookmarks is successful, and they can be found in the Google Chrom menu or on the bookmarks panel.
The bookmarks stored in this way can be imported not only in Google Chrom, and in other programs used to work with the Internet. You can also synchronize them from Google Plus, use the same bookmarks in other search engines and on different devices.
