How to make a trap for bees

Rotation is a natural way to reproduce bees. At the end of each spring, a new family with the uterus is separated and departs from the hive. Clemators create structures from a variety of materials: hemp, boxes and even from the rods. A simple trap can be made in the form of a rectangular box.

To work, you will need:

Boards 20х200 mm;
Rake 20x20 mm;
Plywood 4-5 mm;
A piece of foam;
Ruberoid;
Wire;
Nails;
Glue.

Tools require the most ordinary: hammer, chisel, drill and hacksaw.

Determine with the size of the trap, experienced butchers are recommended to produce a 40-60 l box, which roughly correspond to the following dimensions:

Length - 450 mm;
Width - 270 mm;
Height - 330 mm.

First we will make the trap housing. The bottom, front and rear parts are knocked out of 20 mm. The facade is performed with a gap 10x100 mm for foaming bees.
