How to record in labor, when taking a person to work?
According to the legislative framework, the company is obliged to issue a book by an employee who is at a permanent job for more than five days. The personnel should produce the following marks, under the last record:
- In the column of "Non-work ..." is prescribed the full name of the enterprise, which takes to work.
- Record number. This is an end-to-end numbering and the following order is set.
- The date is prescribed in format: number, month, year, numbers. If the number is unambiguous, there is 0.
- Learning about labor activity. The entry is made from the words "accepted the position ..." The following is indicated according to the order and staff.

How to make a mark in labor when dismissal?
The mark in the labor is made by the principle described on the employee's dismissal day. The book is fixed:
- Next number for records.
- Date of dismissal (last working day).
- The record "dismissed by ..." Next, the cause and articles of laws (their own accord, consent of the parties, article).
- The name, date and no "paper", according to which a person is dismissed.

What to do with labor in the event of a person's death?
According to paragraph 6 of Article 83 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, in the event of the death of a person, a mark on the termination of labor relations on an independent part of the parties is made to the employment record. The order indicates the date of the death of the employee (relatives should make a copy of the death certificate), and the fields of familiarization with the order and the issuance of the workbook after the dismissal remain empty.

Entered incorrect entry, how to fix?
