How to open the back cover of the clock

In low-cost clock, the cover is made on the latch. There are two latch performance - with a tide on the lid and with a groove on the lid and the case of the clock. In the first case, a flat clock screwdriver of the appropriate size, we seek the lid tongue, and rests the screwdriver into the case, open the lid. In the second case, we use a sharp durable blade of the scalpel type or a shoe knife. We insert sharply sharpened blade into the groove and with an effort we remove the lid from the castle.

There are covers with a fastening in the form of a threaded ring. It is advisable to have a special tool. But the usual caliper cores well. We divor into the outer sponges of the caliper so that they are tightly entering the fastening rings, and fix them with a stopping screw in this position. After that, carefully unscrew the locking ring, slowly rotating the caliper counterclockwise. Then we upset the cover with a clock screwdriver and take it out of the housing.

Well, the last method is the screw mounting of the lid. Fasteners are made with miniature bolts. Unscrew the bolts only with a high-quality clock screwdriver with a corresponding profile.
