To begin with, we connect the power to the WiFi router and connect it with any computer or laptop over the local network using the cable that comes in the kit. To do this, in the settings of the local network on the computer, install the automatic receipt of the IP address and the DNS server address, connect this cable to the router to any LAN port, and the Internet cable to the appropriate Internet port.

Using any browser, we go to the control web interface and router settings, speaking in the address bar 192.168.0.1. And in the "User Name" input window that appears - Admin and Password - Admin. Next, the system will propose to replace the standard password with its unique one. After that, you can proceed to directly configuring a wifi router. Consider only the most important items, the rest can be left by default.

So, in the "Wi-Fi - General Settings" section, check the check mark in the "Enable Wireless Connection" item. In the "Wi-Fi - Basic Settings" section, write the name of the future wireless network in the "SSID" field, and in the Safety Settings section, you can set a password for access to it. Press the "Edit" at the bottom and then "save" in the upper right corner.

Go to "Network - Connections" section, where you can manually configure the connection of the router to the Internet according to the instructions from the provider (select the connection type, enter the order of the IP address, gateway, subnet mask and DNS server). After making all changes, do not forget to save the settings.

After that, the wireless network is completed. You can turn off the cable from the computer and the router and connect to the created wireless network using the password you set. Do not forget to check that when connected in the TCP / IP settings of a wireless network connection on a computer and other gadgets, an automatic receipt of IP and the DNS server address was also installed.
