For the parental meeting to be eligible, it is necessary to draw up a protocol. Clear rules and form form is not provided, but there are some subtleties that should be followed.
First of all, you should choose the secretary, the Chairman of the Assembly. The secretary's responsibility includes stenograph, and the Chairperson manages the process (this may be the director of the educational institution, teacher, one of the parents). The finished protocol must be written from the hand in the journal specifically provided for these purposes (it is numbered, flashes, fastens the seal). Extracts from the protocol can be printed on the computer. From above, the name of the document - "Protocol" should be written with deciphering the "Parental Assembly of the XX Class School № ХХ from DD.MM.YYYY" just below. The protocol number is also set - it is taken into account since the beginning of the school year. The text you need to specify the number of parents who were present at the meeting (and their total number), the place of its holding. If officials are invited to the meeting, it is necessary to specify their position, full name. Next, you should write "Agenda" and list issues that are planned for consideration. If in the process of holding a meeting of the agenda changed, this should be fixed in the protocol with the obligatory indication of the reason for the change (the primary agenda is written before the meeting).
