Now you have the opportunity to use them when editing a document. First of all, it is convenient to use macros for aligning the text, its uniform distribution on the page, and removal of empty lines. Macros from the “Service” menu or by pressing two keys - ALT and F8 are launched.

Calculate the location of the pages on the sheet so that there are no problems with the confusion during printing. Run the macro and indicate the numbers of the pages that must be printed in accordance with their location in the brochure. Enter the numbers of the villages in accordance with their location on one or the other side of the page. After entering the data, send a printing document.

Fold the printed sheets, following their numbering, and combine with each other. The brochure is ready. Depending on the wishes and the availability of special equipment, you can print black and white or colored brochures, you can also change their format by choosing from any printer supported by your printer.

To get the best quality or quick printing of a large number of brochures, contact the printing house. Give the text to the editor, nothing more is required of you. After some time, you will receive your brochures created on professional equipment. This method is the fastest and most expensive.
