Cappers are endowed with a rich aroma and tart taste. Used mainly in cooking, but they are also used as folk healing agents. In addition, they have beautiful white flowers from which they make jam.

Cappers are very loved by bright light and straight sun rays, so try to find a dry area for sowing. It should not be windy. If you do not reset the shrub, it will be the fruits until fifteen years old. The plant is multiplied with seeds, tanks or parts of the bush. The discontinuished fruits of the cercer possess a sweet taste resembling watermelon. But in cooking, it is the buds that they have more spicy taste and aroma.

Capers are planted from March to May. The shrub grows even on the soils unsuitable for planting other plants. Perfectly suitable sandy or sandy soil. The caper seat grows mainly in the Crimea or in the Caucasus. In the plots it is quite rare. Therefore, if you want to make your plot special, put the capers there. White flowers of an unusual form will allocate your home and will make exotic!
