go to site «Postal Codes of Russia»;
select the required area, edge or republic from the full list;
if there is no location name with the index, which is marked in black, then find the necessary area, urban type village or city marked in blue, and click on it;
lay your item and write down the index.

Search on this site can be alphabetically:

in the right menu of the site, click "Cities», «Urban Types " or"Areas»;
click the letter from which the name begins;
from the list that appears, select the desired city, district or village;
write down the index.
