How to make a spinner of covers without bearing

The most simple model of the spinner will turn out if not to use the bearing. It is he who is most of the cost, as it makes the toy move.

You will need such materials:

plastic covers of different colors - 5 pcs.;
scissors with shill;
wooden skeletal;
black marker;
hot glue.

Progress:

For convenience, take the lids of different colors. Two blanks will be needed for the middle, the remaining three for petals. In the central lids, make a hole in the center with a sewn.

To connect all parts of each other, use hot silicone glue. It securely fixes the details and quickly freezes. Apply such glue to the outer side of the cover, but avoid it hits the hole.

Slit two blanks together. Hold your caps so that they do not shift, while the glue will stick. If the hole still stains, then clean it with a seboard while glue is still hot.

Put the central part of the toy on the table, placing three covers of another color around it. Try to do this as uniformly as possible to ensure the same load on the spinner petals.

With a marker, make markers on white covers in connecting places with red blanks.

Apply a thick layer of glue at the place of the mark. Use as much glue as possible to securely fasten the parts on the central part of the toy.

Sharpen first the first cover, then all the others. Do it in turn, as the glue quickly freezes.

Wooden skeletal. Throw through the hole in the center of the figure.

Mark the desired length of the stick. It should be more side pieces of the cover to provide a comfortable capture of their fingers. Remove the extra part with scissors.

On the middle of the spanks, apply glue and insert again into the covers. It should be securely fixed with plastic.

This spinner should turn out from you just five covers.

covers from plastic bottles - 6 pcs.;
coins on the size of the covers - 3 pcs.;
clip and awl;

Production process:

In one of the covers, make a hole in the central part of it.

From the rod, cut the desired length for the further connection of all parts of the spinner. It should be a little more lateral lid width.

Grind the rod through the hole in the lid and lock it on the glue on both sides.

On the following two covers, cut the edges. Memore half the width and gently scold the plastic by the stationery knife. Such blanks will play the role of plugs on the rotational part of the gadget.

Cut a small wire length from a large clip. It will create the basis for Spinner.

On the inner side of one of the processed covers, glue the cooler under the right corner of the wire.

Then grip on it a central blank through the rod.

A longer rotation can be obtained when using the bearing. Make a simple spinner from covers with this part.

Prepare the following materials:

the usual bearing is 1 pc.;
plastic covers - 3 pcs.;
metal nuts - 3 pcs.;
adhesive pistol.

Performance process:

Prepare all the necessary materials. Choose nuts from any metal, but not too heavy. Their size should be less than the diameter of the covers.

The cheapest bearing is fully made of metal (body and balls). More expensive devices will contain parts from ceramics.

Nuts are needed for weighting of the petals of the self-made spinner. Position them inside each lid.

To securely fix them on the workpiece, apply hot glue to the entire inside of the cover (fill with glue space between plastic and nut).

Before using the blanks, they must completely cool down, and the glue is hardening.

Speakingly notice the places where the petals will be attached to the bearings. Apply glue into them in large quantities so that the lids do not break off during the rotation.
