Snowflake Kanzashi - what you need to prepare for work

• The tools will need scissors, a needle with a thread.
• Glue (hot gun or "moment" glue).
• Candle or lighter, tweezers.
• From materials satin ribbon 5 cm white width white or gentle blue.
• Cardboard or piece of felt fabric.

How to make a snowflake canzashi

• Immediately draw your attention to the fact that it is necessary to prepare all the tools and materials, because the work will have to be painstaking, therefore, it is not necessary to disturb the search for the desired material and the device.
• From the satin ribbon you need to cut squares, 5 per 5 cm in size. Total will need 42 squares. The number of blanks and their size can vary and depend on the type of snowflakes. Therefore, if you want to make a snowflake with small petals, then you need to prepare another 3 cm wide ribbon and make a 3-minute billet.
• From each square you need to make petals. How it is done: folded the workpiece diagonally, then again and again. It turns out a small triangle.
• External corners of the shape must be wrapped to the middle part of the workpiece so that the rounded triangle figure is. It is best to work with a tweeze, because it is very difficult to keep such a small item. Instead of a tweezers, you can use the clamp.
• The first figure is ready, now you need to fix the corners. To do this, it is necessary to cut off the more superfluous and with the help of a lighter to melt the edges. • We take 6 petals, we ride on a needle with a thread, tie the tips of the thread. It turns out a round middle.
• Now you need to glue with sharp triangles. You can glue with glue or also ride on the thread. Only the petals are not completely glued, but in the corners.
• We have done double petals, now you need to connect pairs of petals and insert the third, so the billets that need to be paired (sew or glued). Thus, snowflakes are formed.
• The workpiece must be attached to the basis. Cut from dense cardboard a circle (or from felt tissue). The diameter of the circle should be equal to the diameter of the central flower.
• From a thin tape you need to immediately form a loop, glue to the workpiece.
• Next, you need to collect snowflake: glue the central part and sequentially rays. Dropping work, not hurry, everything will turn out.
