To start building a house without having previously calculated what it will cost you, to put it mildly, not serious. Only if there is a well -compiled estimate you can organize all the work correctly, providing them with finances and materials in advance.
The implementation of the calculation of the construction of the house should start by drawing up the list of articles of the upcoming expenses:- About 20% of the total costs falls on the foundation. Its price depends on the selected design, material, relief of the site, volume of construction work. The columnar foundation will result in the smallest amount, but it is not suitable for all buildings.
- A considerable part of the funds will go to the construction of the walls. So, if they are made of brick or cinder block, then they will cost more, and from aerated concrete - somewhat cheaper. You will get real savings if you select a modular or frame house, because a powerful foundation is not needed for it.
- The walls follow the roof. We'll have to choose between flat and pitched. If there is little money, then it is better to make it from the slate. It turns out more expensive, but it looks better than natural tiles, metal tiles, corrugated board.
- You can’t do without carpentry, i.e. doors and windows. It is necessary to allocate money for the finish - both internal and external. The need for money is directly dependent on the cost of materials. It is not necessary to save hard on them, otherwise it will come out, as in the saying of the stingy that pays twice.
- The house will have to be heated, so it includes an estimate and heating, indicating its type.
- In the case of a water supply and sewage device, another cost item will appear.

- the name of the material indicating the manufacturer or trademark;
- estimated needs, taking into account consumption standards;
- the cost of the material at the moment;
- types of work where materials will be used;
- unforeseen and unaccounted work, but they will necessarily arise.
From all of the above, the conclusion suggests itself: the construction of the house needs to be approached correctly, and this implies a mandatory calculation of its value.
