How to privatize the ground under the garage

Previously, the owner of a plot located under the garage was the local government or the Russian Federation. Garage owners enjoyed land for the rights of indefinite (permanent) use, but there was no possibility to issue a plot into personal property. In 2001 entered into force Land Law of the Russian FederationAccording to which the privatization of the land under the garage has become possible.

The privatization service under the garage is paid, its value determines the owner of the Earth, although it should not exceed the specified cadastral value. Before privatization, it is necessary to conduct a survey - to determine the boundaries of the privatized territory.

To privatize the land (redeeming it from municipal, state ownership), you should write a statement to the local administration. The application must be submitted along with such a packet of documents:

photocopy of passport;
cadastral passport of the site (it can be ordered in Rosreestre);
certificate of ownership of the existing garage;
an extract from the EGRP authority on the right to the site;
expanding documents for a privatized area.

Under the current procedure, the application will be considered during the month. As a result, the decision to repurchase the same or refusal. If there is a decision on the repayment for a month should be made of the future contract of sale project.
