How to wash the blinds

Blinds are gaining great popularity among modern owners. If an early blinds could be seen in offices, now the windows of apartments and private houses are decorated with beautiful rolled curtains. Washing vertical blinds

Dust and soot accumulate on the blinds, especially if they weigh on the kitchen window. So that they do not spoil the appearance of the window, looked neat and clean, they must be wrapped. Fissure blinds can be erased by hand or in a washing machine. In order not to spoil the new-fashioned curtains, we recommend to follow such recommendations:

• 1 step - carefully remove the blinds (the main thing is not to damage the design);
• 2 step - roll out every strip into a roll (but not too tight), move the prepared blinds into the wash bag (for each roll of a separate bag);
• 3 Step - In plastic pelvis, prepare a soap solution (use only economic soap, without dyes and flavors) and soak rolls in it for 30 minutes. (water should be cold);
• 4 step - after pre-soaking, move them in bags for washing to the washing machine, set the delicate mode (water temperature is 40 degrees), without pressing and drying (also select a powder or gel for delicate washing);
• 5 Step - When the wash end, get rolls from the bags and give them a track (you can use a bath or a wide pelvis).

If you chose a hand-made washing method, the soaking of rolls should increase to 2 hours. After soaking, it neatly scold each roll under running water. During the washing of vertical blinds, they do not need to rub them or use a brush brushes brush.

Werace cotton blinds

Cotton rolled blinds can also be erased, both manually and in a washing machine. The material is well purified and after washing does not lose its original appearance.

• 1 step - carefully remove the blinds from the metal structure (if you have a mow in the form of a solid canvas, carefully roll them up several times, if the stripes are separately dried into a roll and folded into a special bag for washing);
• 2 step - cotton blinds do not need to be pre-stolen if they are not strongly contaminated;
• 3 Step - Set the delicate washing mode (rinse and spin also turn on, the washing powder must be for delicate things).

In order for the blinds not to decrease in the volume (in other words, "satieces"), it is necessary to observe the temperature regime. Rolled curtains are erased in cold or warm water up to 40 degrees.

Washing jacquard blinds

Curtains from jacquard fabric are amenable to strong pollution. Material drinks dust and trash to be deleted in a timely manner. The washing of jacquard blinds is slightly different from the rolled cotton curtains, so it is worth considering such nuances:

• 1 step - remove the blinds from the metal structure, carefully roll up and place in a bag for washing;
• 2 step - Prepare a solution for soaking (50 g of a terrible household soap and 50 g of delicate washing powder, tear up well to form foam, water should be hot, but not more than 50 degrees);
• 3 step - make soaking blinds until the water becomes room temperature;
• 4 step - not pressing, we move the curtains in the drum of the washing machine (to wash with wool or silk mode, jacquard blinds need to be made 2 times);

If you use manual washing, the soaking time must be increased to 3 hours and once completely change the soap solution. Rinse is produced under warm running water.

Drying blinds

After you have made an automatic or manual washing of homemade blinds, they must be dried correctly.

• dry blinds in the sun or with the help of heaters, is strictly prohibited;
• do not use the drying mode in the washing machine;
• do not bend wet blinds, do not use clothespins;
• after with rolled curtains glass water, they are recommended to immediately hang on the metal structure.

Please note that during washing, do not use aggressive bleaching agents, do not try the shutters with brushes, do not squeeze and unscrew the folded rolled curtains.
