How to stop the washing machine

Modern washing machines perform all their functions automatically by a predetermined program, which is almost impossible to influence the mechanically in the middle of the process. However, sometimes there are emergencies when there is a need to stop the washing machine during washing to perform any additional actions, then some actions can be performed to stop.

Most models, the "Start" button is also a button "Pause" or "Stop". And after the door lock occurred, the washing began and the drum is not filled with completely water, then you can press the "Start" button for a few seconds to stop the process, and waiting for the unlocking the doors, perform the necessary action. For example, to report a few things or, on the contrary, lay out the objects mistakenly.

If the "pause" function is not provided in the washing machine, you can return the laundry function regulator to its original position, after which an automatic stop will occur. However, if the drum is filled with water, it is not worth opening the door. After such a stop, you can change the washing mode or additionally add any actions. But if you still need to open the door, then turn on the "Drain" or "spin" mode and after open the door.

In the case when the machine stops due to electricity failures, it is better to turn off the power supply and wait for the light on. When the washing machine is turned on, it will continue to be washing from the moment on which it stopped. For emergency disconnection of the washing machine for a certain time, you can also simply simulate a light shutdown by pulling the cord of the machine from the outlet.

Any compulsory shutdown of the washing machine directly affects the software of this technique, which subsequently can cause interruptions in its operation, and therefore use such shutdowns only in an emergency situation. It is best to wait for the completion of the full cycle of the program being executed and at the end of doing what it took during washing.
