De-nol, instructions for use

Doctors prescribe the drug de Nol for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, mainly associated with the infection of Helicobacter Pylori. These bacteria cause damage to the gastric mucosa, which leads to health problems.

1
Pharmacological effect of the drug

De-Nol has several pharmacological properties. All of them are associated with the fact that the main active substance in de-Nol is the bismuth of tricalous dicitrate.

  • Binding and healing. Vismuth Trikalia Diciterate is capable of besieging proteins, which, interacting with gastric juice, form the so -called chelat compound. The latter forms a protective film on an ulcer or erosion damage to the stomach.
  • Bactericidal. Vismuth Trikalia Dicitrate inhibits the activity of Helicobacter pylori bacteria. At first, harmful bacteria reduce their mobility, then lose the ability to introduce themselves into cells and at the end - die.
  • Gastrocytoprotective. Penetrating into the deepest layers of tissues, the bismuth of tricalya dicitrate destroys bacteria that managed to multiply under the gastric mucosa. This deep effect eliminates the risk of a repeated occurrence of an ulcer or erosion.
