Use of the service of public services
Registration on the Public Services portal opens access to many services in various areas of life. It did not exception and pension provision. To get information about the pension fund, to which the insured person belongs, a person needs:
- Go to the portal of the State Service (Gosuslugi.ru).
- Complete authorization in the system using the login and password. If you visit this resource for the first time, go through the registration procedure. - Go to the Pension Fund site (PFRF.RU).

- During the application, it is necessary to prevent the identity document, as well as an insurance certificate (SNILS number).
- An employee of the PF will check the database of finding pension savings and provide information to the information.
The request is processed solely by personal handling. Information is provided in 10 days. If the data should be sent by mail, this must be reported in the application.
Appeal to partner banks PF RF
An alternative way to obtain the necessary information is to appeal to one of the PFR partner banks. Such institutions include:
- Sberbank.
- VTB 24.
- Gazprombank.
- Bank of Moscow.
- Uralsib.
The insured person is necessary:
- Contact one of the listed banks.
- Write an application for the provision of information about the Pension Fund, which consists of an insured person.
- Press passport (or another document certifying personality) and insurance certificate (SNILS).
The listed methods (except for the latter) are relevant in cases where a citizen has not translated funded contributions to a non-state pension fund. If the translation occurred, it is necessary to handle the institution where funds are translated.
