After the third unsuccessful input attempt, the card will be blocked for only a day. The next day you can continue the selection of combination. Nevertheless, it is advisable to at least approximately remember the numbers to choose their order, otherwise the process can drag on for a long time. And do not forget to fix what combinations you tried every day so as not to repeat yourself in vain.

If you do not succeed in choosing or picking up the PIN code of the card, contact the bank branch to apply for its reassurance (in some banks this service can be ordered by phone of a hot line, calling a code word). Please note that the release of a new card can last up to 2 weeks. But then you will have a new PIN code, which you will definitely write down in a reliable place, so as not to forget it again!

Even if you forgot your PIN code, you can use the card by performing some available operations:
withdraw money at the bank’s box office according to the passport (the operation is not available in all banks);
carry out operations on the Internet (CVV2 will require the code specified on the circulation of the card);
pay in some stores where the PIN code is not required.
