For a call, you need to know the city code. For example: in the first case, the city code is 4456. First, we type the international code of Ukraine, then the city code and the number itself. As a result, it turns out 380445632255. It is also worth entering and otherwise. If you dial the number, the code turns out more than 12 digits, then in the code it is recommended to remove extra figures (last).
